It will be integrated in Forge once it is written completely in Java. At the moment it also uses Scala and won't be included. (That is what i know, might change in the future)

The ppl working on the Merchandise are not the smae ppl working on the launcher. And while it might be possible to get a launcher done quickly to just launch 1.6 it is not possible to do so if all the background working is changeing as well. Be patient a little longer! And mods are not moving...

You should try to monitor your server with VisualVM and JConsole. About the section: Try the Server area, open a thread and ask for people to PM you for a dl link and help.

I have yet to meet a system i can not get working with BC pipes. And it is not only the changes in Mod A which make Mod B's item not be able to exist in it's current state!

First of all, nice work. The IRC client works well and handles most things as expected. I'd really like to see this implemented soon as i think it is a neat feature to monitor the server without having to open a console all the time. Maybe the possibility to join password/keyword protected...

May i ask how you edited the tools and which values? I have been trying for half an hour and despite setting the values they keep beeing reset when i load the game again.

The IC2 miner can replace all the blocks it mined when it has finished mining and is retracting its pipes.

If it is a random age you will only be able to "read" the pages with a NBT Editor and opening the corresponding agedata##.dat file.

Just a quick note here: ForgeMultipart is not part of Forge/FML and will not be part until it is written in java only. Until then we will have to download it ourselves and include it in any modpack/instance we want it to be in.
