I think OC computers have a more 'realistic' feeling. They require power and you have to assemble them as you would a real computer (cpu, memory, network card, ...) and even install a BIOS and OS on it. CC computers are more 'ready to use'. I personally prefer OC.

No, only hostile. I need to add a passive mob preventer too (similar to the no animals dimlet)

Well they are not exactly double as good as they explode but they should have more cost. I thought I handled them all. Can you give me an example of a dimlet that doesn't match this way?

Here is a new feature for RFTools 3.0. A Builder that can copy and move structures in the world. Even supports and moves TileEntities. Still work in progress but performing pretty well already:

Well you still have to pay the power cost for very powerful dimlets so you have both the rarity as well as the power.

Currently that's not yet possible but it is not impossible to add that. I'll write it down :-)

Patreon dimlets: If you are a Patreon and you want such a dimlet then please send me a message. You can also suggest a (purely cosmetic) effect to go along with this. I can do things like sky color, sky texture, your minecraft avatar as a celestial body, special colored spawn platform and so on.

Actually it turns out it *was* a bug in rftools after all but you still need a very recent version of Forge. In RFTools 2.93 this bug is fixed and you can have as many dimensions as you want.

You think I should blacklist all liquids from that mod? If so can you put such a dimlet in your hand and show me what /rftcfg dimletcfg says? That way I can use that to blacklist the entire mod.

I only recently realized that these were possible to get as a material. That's actually not intended and perhaps I should consider blacklisting them by default :-)

Normally you shouldn't have to reset your world at all. Just make sure you have a good backup before you upgrade and try it out then. If all fails you can always go back to the backup

You forgot 'Plateaus' :-) Well Island is the same generator as it used by the End. Islands, Chaotic, and Plateaus are variant of that generator with slightly different parameters and I named them after what I thought they looked like most :-)

Hmm seems I already have this in the config: [ "Liquid", "life essence", 2000, 1000, 250, 3, 0 ], So it should be 1000 RF/tick but you say you have 300? Perhaps you're using outdated configs? Or perhaps I'm using the wrong dimlet name. Can you hold the dimlet in your hand and type /rftcfg...
