This is going to be the biggest torus that the RFTools shield can handle. I had to make a new tier 4 shield for this because it has to handle 32000 blocks. The nice thing is that it doesn't cause any performance hits. In a few hours from now you should be able to play with this too.

I still think a 3x3x3 big reactor is rather easy to make. Even beginning game.

My son and I managed to play this pack together yesterday (Open to Lan). It worked perfectly. I didn't have to spawn in any tanks or quest book or anything. It was all there and we created a party and are now questing together. Thanks :-)

I don't mind that :-) In my own modpack I made RFTools considerably harder as well. Have been playing that for a while and have yet to make my first dimension :-)

Hi, I'm looking into playing this modpack together with my son but is this actually possible? Can one of us do open to lan and have the other connect? Or is it easier to set up a server? Will the quests be shared? I tried to look in the posts here but I couldn't find any information on this...

RFTools and Agricraft both try to register a villager at ID 10 (RFTools actually scans but unfortunatelly does this before Agricraft tries to gets its villager at 10). Easy to fix by editing configs of either mods.

Portals only help to travel to places you have already been (and had a chance to setup a portal). Flying is more useful for exploration. Flying is also usefor for building large structures

RFTools can give creative style flight with the environmental controller. Only works within the range of that controller however. So you can't use it for exploring.

It is a block that allows you to switch between four sets of hotbar+armor. i.e. your 'mining gear' (pickaxe, torches, sword, good armor, ...) vs your 'in the base gear' (pickaxe, wrench, multimeter, ...) vs your magical gear (wand, thaumcraft robes, ...)
