Not really related to your problem but do not give MC so much memory (Xmx7382M). Never go beyond 4gigs as that will actually decrease performance (due to more work needed for garbage collection).

No. Dimensions are not created by a player. They are created by a machine. The player may not even be online when the machine finishes creating a dimension.

BTW, only the alloys are blacklisted. You can still use the base material dimlets and then combine those to make your own alloys.

No sorry. The decisions of the mods have priority. If a mod decides a dimlet should not exist then that's the decision of that mod and RFTools cannot override it.

These dimlets are blacklisted by Tinkers Construct themselves. RFTools adds an api so that other mods can blacklist dimlets they don't want to appear in game. There is no way to override this. Sorry.

I never had any problem with taint. It is very easy to stop taint spreading by just planting silverwoord trees between your base and the tainted area (many of these trees will have pure nodes in them). Also remember that if a tainted area is not chunkloaded it will not grow.

I usually only have one or two 64k drives which I use for stuff of which I have a huge amount but for all the rest I tend to use 16k stuff
