I think that ore dictionary in this case applies to the already smelted ores

As for Unleashed, I think all of the ores would go to the mod based itemsink chest as oregen comes from Thermal Expansion.

Set up 4 max sized quarries, MFR 11x11 tree farm (tons of planks and saplings) or 50 igneous extruders set to cobblestone, as for me, 4 quarries were still not enough to run 3 recyclers with 10 overclockers each but with 5 I think they would run constantly.

Yeah, I would also prefer a 'cleaner' metod with one crucible and transposer, but as I said before, adding a simple recipe with 4 iron and a minium stone resolves your problem with ender pearls :)
