Your system might be lacking in physical memory, I remember my old machine crashing a lot because of trash programs eating all the ram constantly.

I was hoping for somthing like the porta-spawner from TE or the diamond dolly from JABBA, but I guess I should have expected it couldn't be that easy. Really fun Modpack getting tons of traction I see.
