That's a bug with smartmoving, Karma can't do anything about that. Same issue with Carpenters ladders.

The bug with the Pneumaticraft seeds is known. Karma accidentally allowed under developed Pneumaticraft seeds to generate in some loot chests. If a seed isn't in NEI then don't use it or it will crash your game and ruin your world.

I pipe lava out of a crucible that's grabbing the cobble from under the closer Cart Manager. From there it fills the open blocks tanks at the top of those tanks there is an ender IO fluid conduit pulling it across to a stone barrel with water above and hoppers below feeding into the drawers.
