Then why is the quest still blinking in my quest book?

Here's a screenshot of the quest. As you can see, it's a detection quest and I have 100% for all three items, but alas I cannot pick a reward.

It's not a two part quest, I do not have a full inventory, and it won't even allow me to choose a reward from the multiple reward section.

So I've completed the quest called "Covering the Basics," under the Technological Revolution questline, cause I have 100% for all the items required, yet I am unable to pick a reward and then claim the reward. Why is this happening?

I'm trying to breed Nickel Bees from Forestry, which NEI says requires a ferrous block as a foundation. I've tried breeding them in both an apiary and an alveary with ferrous blocks under every single block with no success. Either I'm the most unlucky person in the world or something is wrong.

Although it shouldn't matter, you can try to wrench your ME interface so it points down into your furnace. If it's a redstone furnace, make sure your inputs and outputs are set up correctly in the GUI so as to allow items to go into it.

Hmmm...your probably just really unlucky. I do know though that Wither Skeletons tend to spawn at the T-intersections of nether fortresses. Your best bet would probably be to camp there for a little while and see what happens.
