Crash Landing - Can't Claim Reward

So I've completed the quest called "Covering the Basics," under the Technological Revolution questline, cause I have 100% for all the items required, yet I am unable to pick a reward and then claim the reward. Why is this happening?

Do you have a full inventory? Is it a two part quest?

it's for sure full inventory

or you forgot to choose a reward from a multiple reward section

or you already died

It's not a two part quest, I do not have a full inventory, and it won't even allow me to choose a reward from the multiple reward section.

Is it a crafting quest that you are trying to fill with a looted or rewarded item? If it's a crafting quest you actually have to make the item because HQM knows...

Here's a screenshot of the quest. As you can see, it's a detection quest and I have 100% for all three items, but alas I cannot pick a reward.
