Im not using Xp for nothing, only for repairing tools on anvils. Not enchanting tools is not a waste of diamonds, I'm just too lazy to make the enchanting table and the bookshelfs.

You're having the same issue than using steam boilers to get EU. Steam is not efficient with EU and turbines take tons of steel, normal Ic2 generators are better for that task. This is exactly the same.

huh. I never enchant pickaxes. For me, it's a waste of time. Costs xp and it's going to breack anyways... and I never get the enchantement I want. If i want fortune, I get silk touch, if I want silk touch, I keep getting fortune. It's a pain.

Actually , the updated version of GregTech is much better becouse it has got the industrial blast furnance. That means no need for nether.

Drill is both a shovel and a pickaxe. Also, It NEVER breacks. You just recharge it again. So getting it right on start it's unbalanced.

Many mods can be used in a game-breaking, OP way. If you're playing singleplayer it's your problem to control yourself or to cheat to hell. If you're playing on a server the server owner decides what's allowed and what's not (banned items) removing some "OP" items, or allowing people to use...

I like this idea. It could be easier like hell to set up your own server with your own custom modpack. But there should be another server section for custom modpacks, otherwise it will be hard as hell to find a "just FTB" server.

Solars are just free power without doing anything, so It's fine that is more expensive. Also, a solar panel is easly upgraded to advanced solar panel, so you get loads of free EU. So I think it's pretty fair the new solar panels reciepe.
