    74 Volcanoes and Marble were cool for a while, but its starting to become more annoying than useful, only thing I'd care about would be the lights, but there are other mods for similar stuff. Never really liked Redstone/ wire contraptions anyways.

    Would anyone else like to have a "vanilla" option/ pack?

    Yeah so far our only options is to either play Vanilla, download yet another program or wait weeks/ months for updates. This would make things so nice and simple!

    Dumb Modular Powersuit Tricks

    Reminds me of the Portable Saw, of the Cogs of the Machine mod, except that will cut a wooden block if it hits it, then move to an other wooden block if there is one next to it and so on for a few blocks. Tho I guess the current tree/ wood cutting module is a lot better for that. :P

    Would anyone else like to have a "vanilla" option/ pack?

    As other have mentioned, its not the "Vanilla" that I'm looking for, but an up-to-date pack, where one can easily add the mods that they're interested in while the modpack they play is updated. It really sucks having to wait weeks/ months to be able to play an up-to-date version of Minecraft...
