End game you'll need +- 512mb per player. Can't say anything about hostlegend, but most likely they're fine for a small server. The price seems good too imo.

Btw, just in case, you can't 'craft' electrum ingots. You need to put the pattern in an interface above a induction furnace to send 1 gold and 1 silver in, and extract the result with a import bus on the bottom.

Please check the config folder. It has settings to tweak the power usage, to decide with what you can't make scrap. So you can say that it needs double the power for 1 UU and for example you can't make scrap with cobble and dirt. This would make things a bit harder on the players.

You can use a forestry multifarm. Or use a MFR harvester + planter + fertilizer and use MFR rubber which both work to all recipes. This way you get alot of raw rubber(mfr) + rubber wood(mfr) which you can put in an extractor to get rubber(ic2).

I've experienced this problem too, everytime I used a nether portal it would create a new portal. The problem for me was a plugin. Can't remember which one though. Have you changed something to your plugins recently?

I always do 16 x 16 which is 1 chunk big, this I expand up and down and after some time it becomes 5x5 chunks, with the first build becoming the center.

1. No advantage. Just make 1 big one if you really want to go nuts. I once made a 6x6x6 and it just a waste of resources imho. 2. I'll explain this using an example: I want to keep 100 charcoal at all times. I have a setup where a furnace makes charcoal from wood. An export bus exports wood...
