k thx I figured it out. As long as you have the router on the bottom and have it set to insert from top it will go past the 64 mark thx. Is there a way to only take 1 item out of a barrel instead of a whole stack

k now haveing problem after it gets its first full stack it all starts going back to the sorter. why is this.

what about backside? I am using a ender chest and a transposer. It stops working once my barrel gets it;s first stack. What should I use instead of a transposer?

Ok I forgot about them only filling from top and bottom. I have them stacked 3 high and have the items in them the way I wanted. Can they only be 2 high? If so I just wasted a couple hours.
