^^^This. I go through Direwolf's LPs but also mod spotlights when I need something specific. I learn better by seeing and doing than by reading so his YouTube channel has been a big help to me.

I was not aware this was possible. So after hitting the Googles, does anyone know if the vanilla method is still viable or would mods have altered this?

I'm thinking of swapping over to either Infinity or Beyond from the DW20 pack to get access to more of the mods I like. My only hold up is Thermal Dynamics. Infinity has it but Beyond doesn't. Is there any news on when Dynamics may hit the new pack?

I also just started playing the DW20 pack and I could swear he used to have Thermal Expansion in it. Am I crazy or did he remove it for some reason? On a side note, does anyone know if it's still possible to access the old EPiCCRAFT mod pack from the new launcher?

I rather like Invictus and Chroma Hills. Any chance one of those will be available for his pack?

I used to play the Epiccraft mod pack but that seems to be gone so I am playing Direwolf20's pack now.

I've been away from Minecraft for quite awhile now and upon my return the FTB launcher appears to be broken. I migrated over to the Curse launcher and got the game working again but I'm not seeing texture packs in the Curse launcher. Can anyone tell me where I can get those now?

And now it's missing from the launcher. So are my games lost or can I launch this modpack some other way?

Anyone know what happened to the third party pack, Epiccraft? It's not listed in the launcher as of this morning? I just played it last night.

The Thaumometer will scan any item or block anywhere. Try scanning villagers and zombies BEFORE you kill them. It's been awhile since I explored Thaumcraft but I seem to recall that I found Humanus somewhere in the pack.
