Title Game will not launch

Details of the issue Direwolf does nothing when selected.
INFINITY will start a download process which ends in an error that states, "Problem moving E:/Game Programs/Minecraft/Install/tmp/tmpLauncher.tmp to minecraft.exe with error code 5."
I have no idea what this means anbd I have not moved any folders or download locations. I also have no clue what "Link to log file" above means. Please don't tell me I have to set up another account to some other service just to troubleshoot this thing. :/
