Am I able to submit a whole new pack and have all of the old mods/forge versions etc removed? We are updating our pack to 1.7 and that would require many mods to be dropped.
You can just submit an update if you would like and we can set the Minecraft version to 1.7 with a new modpack version number and forge version. Or you can submit a whole new pack, up to you.
