I watch Ako and occasionally Direwolf when I run out of Ako to watch. Pretty much all the time I have for, though I am sure there are other great ones out there. Otherwise, I just search for specific subjects I am interested on at the time and sift for one that doesn't suck or speaks about what it is exactly I need understanding.
Ako seems to mirror my playstyle the closest and even at times in a spooky tandem manner. Like I decide am going to build something or try something, and next episode Ako does it. Creepy, but in an entertaining way. First names are even the same, though I got a couple years on him in age... Ako is my British doppleganger.
