What is the most cruel thing you can think of to do to a villager?

Either that or make them pull another April Fools' Day joke - against Mojang this time: all horses are obligatorily banished. Forever.

I'm not that cruel, I just upgrade their wooden door with a iron door (buttons included).
It takes a smarter one, to get out (or in)
 
I have several testificates assisting me with my nuclear waste processing and storage.

They look sort of mutanty anyway so it's not like it matters.
