Can't you somehow utilize the Euclidean algorithm rather than performing lots of divisions to find out factors?
That would only get me the gcf. I need the factors function for other stuff so I just chose to use what I already had. Also, It wouldn't be that much more efficient as I would need to do multiplication and modulo (which includes division and floor division) for each step .Can't you somehow utilize the Euclidean algorithm rather than performing lots of divisions to find out factors?
