I think Nojr has been hinting at being a seer of sorts this entire game... So I think he saw you last night, therefore I am going to assume both goreae and Nojr are innocent.
Also, a message to the wolves. You have better priority targets out there than me. From reading the last couple pages I have seen many revealed roles which will do you more good lynching than me.
Anyways, I understand that gideon wants us to kill him, but for us to succeed we dont need him to succeed. Anyone voting for gideon is giving the villager team a disadvantage as it does not get us any closer to our goal of killing all the wolves. Here are a few things I have picked up on.
Here are the key pointers to finding the identities of wolves that you all should pick up on:
- Pairs/groups of people who all vote for the same person each time
- People who will willingly vote for someone with little evidence. Please note willingly can be disguised as an anti-smite with the excuse that they are tired and can't be bothered reading the previous lines
- People who change their mind a lot (even if justified). tbh when you are a wolf you don't have a hard time convincing people that someone is a wolf. As soon as someone is accused you find out more bits of info to dig out on them
- Generally people who post their role are believable since they risk someone saying they have that role. But in this game... we don't know the role pool so that risk is not there. I'd take people who claim to be a certain role with suspicion
- Wolves very rarely initiate conversations with people. When playing as a wolf I normally let people PM me and only PM when I need to blackmail someone or to control them. If someone PMs you and the conversation leads up to them recommending targets for your power I'd be cautious of them
- Another wolf playstyle is to let the game play out, go with the crowd and only intervene if one of the wolves have been accused in the thread. There are a couple people here who aren't contributing often and when they do it's usually just a vote or something about agreeing with another person.
- Contradictions. A side effect of lying is that later in the game it might bite you in the behind when that lie is exposed. I recommend people keep a document of any major claims by people so that finding these contradictions are much easier
- Sidestepping. When wolves are accused (at least in my playstyle) they generally sidestep accusations made against them since it is safer to not lie than to lie and generally defending their claim will contain a lie. So if you see anyone who has been accused and have not addressed it, keep an eye on them
- Lastly, this combines with sidestepping accusations made against you. It is when there is a general consensus for why people are voting for someone with quite a bit of proof but then ignore it and point out something else to turn the attention to someone else. This is mainly used when this proof against someone is a wolf and another wolf brings up something else.
With all these factored in I have gone through and read the posts of all players and have made the following people as suspects.
1. pc_assassin
He changes his mind a lot. Especially day 2. I don't think I have ever seen him put forth anything constructive apart from just agreeing with people
2. Kill-Joy
Is blending in with the crowd, in fact I think you and SoraZodia have the least posts.
3. SoraZodia
Same reasoning as Kill-Joy
If anyone else can add to this please do so
I should also point out that in these first two days Kill-Joy and Sora have voted for the same person and Kill-Joy has done another anti-smite for Gideon...
I vote for pc_assassin
