To some extent, yes and also to stop the gods from smiting him.
And just to say, its not going to be religion specific at all, personally im a atheist, just i thought this mod idea was too good to pass ;D

"doomsday" to put it will be a config option, for those hardcore players.
Ok, im going to announce the mod, i havent to anyone but wayoftime.
Was originally polesian expansion, but the main focus of the mod isnt just them.
The mods focus is on ancient civilizations, each civilization will have a way to bless the gods, traditional armour and a way to spend the blessing.
Blessing from the god/gods: Doing certain things lets the gods bless you, such as erecting a moai(Easter island statue) for them, this is shared from all civilizations.
Moai: These are from the Polynese, they are a 2 high block and if they are placed on the coast (Sand next to water) will produce blessing, also the face is a villager.
"Machines" Well i need some ideas, the machines cant have gui and must not be techy, so they must output to the back of the machine.
Mayan calender: A map which will say if certain crops are grown (Other things once i read up more on the subject)
Config, anger of the gods: If your blessings are to low, the gods either dont cure you (Leperacy) or they will do a volcano explosion etc.
Will be doing alot of research today about which civilizations to use, and "machines".
And i dont know if i can code it in the 4 days, but i will try

There are a few reasons, i want make antiqua later on and a good mod, i wont be able to do what i want in this time(i have some big plans), i dont think this is the best learning experience :c, watching how others code i think could be better. and alot more reasons.
So im just going to drop, and watch from the standlines making vineacraft!
