So maybe you have to heat cocoa beans to crack the husks, then you squeeze the nibs to get cocoa liquor (which could provide cocoa husks that double as fertilizer/compost).
As for the many uses for cocoa liquor (the 'liquor' part is just a name, it doesn't actually contain any alcohol):
It would make a good biomass liquid.
Can be used to power organic machines.
Can be used with casts to make 'Chocolate Ingots'. And maybe who knows, maybe that is just what creepers have wanted all along, and that pacifies them
