I don't see what's bad with Pyure winning. Also people that don't discuss too much(and whose posts don't generate much discussion) should go first, IMO. Now I need to read that rolesheet properly.
Pyure winning isn't bad, but we probably don't want Pyure picking who is on trial. As previously stated, he (defense) wants innocent people on trial, as they are easy to defend.

The village wants wolves on trial, as we need to kill them.

These two things conflict.

Pyure defending innocent peeps: good. Pyure putting innocent peeps on trial to rig it: bad

Talk! Give us your thoughts on the game. Since discussion helps the village, generating discussion could work in your favor.

Who do you think is kinda suspicious or kinda townish? If you could lynch one person instead of yourself, who would you pick? Why?

Well the first day started at 3 AM and I went to bed 9 hours earlier and just got up now because yesterday I only got 4 hours of sleep so yeah.

And I just read/skimmed through the thread.

It's the first day. There's not really any way to prove yourself innocent or guilty. I remember the first game we had on these forums I was the first one on the chopping block and got out by arguing that there was no evidence against me and there couldn't possibly be. You never have any information on anyone D1. You just lynch someone and move on, gaining a plethora of knowledge based on what happened the previous day. And for the record, I'm entirely neutral towards you and will save my vote for later when I have better grounds to suspect someone.

So I should just sacrifice myself for the greater good? Tear me away from my life, my family and friends who love me. All because I just happened to be there and opened my mouth? Why would I do that?

I didn't mean that. I meant that anyone who's lynched D1 would have little to no solid evidence against them. Also keep in mind this is just a nomination vote. If you do get nominated, you'll have a whole nother day to defend against it, plus the defence who will aid in your defence as well.

In my opinion, wolves are much less keen on being voted than town, especially to the extent that fowltief has shown. Vote fowl

Okay, doing a bit more research on the current events, I see this:
Now on the serious stuff:
vote fowltief, Pyure voted him, Pyure wants to protect everybody to win, he MUST have a seriuos reason to vote fowltief.
Why would you do that? Pyure doesn't want to protect anyone. He'd much sooner see everyone eaten by wolves then see a single wolf go to jail. That's the role. His vote was an attempt to get an easily defended player on the chopping block. He has no good reason rather than that to do so. Here's some evidence to that fact:
i think the next game you have of this should be more like a game of clue... villagers have roles but do nothing( more like an alibi).. there are several weapons... and several locations " It was the butcher in the Meadow with a candle stick.." or something like that.
Especially since the poor sods on trial will already be the player who seem most suspicious. Your hill to fight up seems to be getting steeper and steeper.
You mean guys like fowltief? I vote fowltief to go on the stand, I'm concerned about all his talk about butcher knives and such.
Let me break this down for you as objectively as I can:
  • Discussion was had on the futility of the defence
  • fowltief suggested a clue-like variant instead of this game.
  • Fraction said that whoever's on trial will be generally suspicious anyways.
  • Pyure then says (assumably in response to fraction's post) fowltief was suspicious because of his suggestion involving butchers and candlesticks.
  • RealKC then agrees with pyure's vote.
What I gather from this is pyure's vote was entirely BS. He just put fowltief on the block on a whim, using the butcher knife thing as jokey evidence. This is most likely to get someone easily defended on the stand so they can get a point out of tomorrow's trial. Then RealKC votes for fowl anyways assuming that pyure's on his side. When he actually isn't. The defence would sooner see the town devoured by wolves than let a single wolf go to jail. Meanwhile the prosecution would sooner see the entire town in chains than let a single villager go free. They don't care if anyone's a wolf or not, they just care that somebody/nobody goes to jail. Also, realKC's vote was really quick when you don't even need to vote. He didn't even wait for a defence or question pyure's motives or anything. He just hopped on. This is quite suspicious but I'll still wait for him to respond before I do cast my vote since it's irrevocable.

And on the topic of fowltief, he did react quite violently to the accusation. His rection was like someone waking up to find a bandwagon on them not just two votes against him. So that's another cause of concern.

I honestly have no idea what's going on this game.

- Rather than a normal lynch, we choose somebody to interrogate and then decide to lynch them (or not) the next day.
- Pyure and SpwnX want each day's interrogatee to not be lynched.
-- As such, they'd be liable to nominate somebody they think to be innocent and easy to defend.
- Vike and Shazam want each day's interrogatee to be lynched.
-- As such, they're actually looking for suspicious players, who will be easier to lynch.
- Meanwhile, there's a few wolves running around that want everyone else dead.

Does that all sound reasonably accurate?

Okay...

So probably worthwhile voting for somebody other than whoever Pyure's trying to investigate (and then acquit). Ordinarily, I'd be all over Pyure for pulling something like that, but... nope.

I'll think on it.

On the other hand, you seem pretty trigger-happy.

Not sure where to cast my vote. Will probably cast it in the morning.
