IMHO, the H has always been "humble." It seems silly to preface your opinion as honest. It's your opinion, of course people presume you to be giving it honestly, and that you honestly feel that way. The humble denotes a desire to offer an opinion that may be controversial.

I personally think Harvarti cheese is OP. It is far more delicious than Swiss or Provolone. It completely over powers my cheese selection process. It should be nerfed and balanced to taste more like other cheeses that I find less delicious.

But this is just the humble opinion of one man.
