Tier machines help!

So I was recently looking at the ftb/ic2 wiki on how to make an mfe (I know. Use nei blablabla) and saw that if it pumps eu into a "tier 1" machine the machine will explode. So I'm wondering what machines are tier 1 what are tier 2 and what are tier 3. I looked everywhere and couldn't find anything.

almost all IC2 machines are tier 1 only 3 that aint i can remember is mass fab,terraformer and teleporter there may be more but if in doubt use a transformer to lower it to LV

What about things like rotary maceraters and other "leveled up" machines? Are those tier two?

Tier 1 = batbox Tier 2 = MFE, Tier 3 = MFSU, Tier 4 = gregtech (if installed)

Tier 1 IC2 machines accept 32 EU/t maximum unless you over clock them.

MFE outputs at 128EU/t
MFSU outpust at 512EU/t

What you need to do is break the voltages down using MV and LV transformers.

From a MFSU > MV transformer drop to 128EU/t > LV transformer 32EU/t
From a MFE > LV transformer 32EU/t[DOUBLEPOST=1362662164][/DOUBLEPOST]

No they only accept 32 EU/t without transformer upgrades.

Not in the Mindcrack pack they don't, although I must admit I thought they did, maybe I turned something off somewhere.

Edit - ahh gregtech machines do but not normal IC2 machines.

My mistake, not in NEI, but when you hover over them in your inventory.
