Yeah, I like the silver, gold idea.
But, special abilities...hmm. Seems a bit like mini-mod-ing.
The FTB OWIKI (Official Wiki) has a 'thank' option. That would be a good ability for some members to have.

thomaz, the trophy system thinks you have "over 2k posts"[DOUBLEPOST=1402872406][/DOUBLEPOST]you would still only be well-known if it wasn't for that glitch.

i am very competitive and hate being outclassed by people newer than me. i hate that part of myself too, but i can't ignore it. I can feel it in my mind, wearing me down, making me irritable. it is withering me away. i must resist it, or i become just one more of the trolls and griefers.

And hey, what are you talking about? From all people, you clearly deserve Popular Member or higher! You're always trying to help, you're a great guy in general and I still haven't seen a day you weren't active in here! C'mon, you do deserve a awesome new title, man. More than me, that's for sure!
