Building:
Builder Guide: From Open Blocks allows you to create shapes that can be made smaller and bigger in both x y and z It does this by making a white box in the of which a block needs to be placed.
Carpenters Blocks (Mod): Allows you to create different shapes and block varients that can be dyed and manipulated With any block from any mod (that isn't a tile entite).
Chisel (Mod): Adds tones of blocks to the game that allow you to create structures of all different colours and patterns.
Forge Microparts (Mod): Allows the creation to cut up blocks into smaller blocks. Very handy for Detail.
Tape Measure: From Biblio Craft is an excellent tool for measuring out your builds and such without having to count every single block. Simply right click on a block then on another to give you the measurement , Shift rightclicking the tape measure in the air will change it to exact mode this ignores y axis and coordinates just measures from A-B.

Hope this is Helpful ;)

Lost as always
Automated Farming:

Harvester - from Minefactory Reloaded, it will harvest your crops and trees. It even has a 'shear' mode, although it will not produce saplings in that mode.
Planter - replants after your Harvester takes it away.
Fertilizer - runs on Industrial Fertilizer and bonemeals the heck out of anything in its area of effect

Additional Crops:

Pam's Harvestcraft provides a ton of extra crops, fruits, vegetables, tubers, and other delectable edibles, as well as a TON of additional food recipes.
Extended Automation permits Harvestcraft's plants to be automated with MFR

Autocrafting:

Extreme Automation brings back Fabricators, based on the idea from the Xycraft block of the same name, and also adds in Liquid Fabricators to boot.

I think you have to complete "The Siege" ritual in order to unlock the Pseudo-Inversion Sigil which can make stable-unstable ingots; some guy had an imgur post about it a while back...

I suggest adding a storage section to this:

Bibliocraft shelves and whatnot: great for storing items, many cool looking options
Better storage: adds similar things to Bibliocraft but simpler, and with things like locks to chests and upgrade tiers
MFR Deep Storage Units: supposedly good, never used them myself, but they look damn cool
Factorization or JABBA barrels: great for storing a lot of one item (I prefer JABBA though)
Iron chests: awesome chests with basic upgrades for more storage
ME drives and chests: Good for storing anything and everything everywhere
Golden bags of holding: these are the love of my life, big bags in your inventory for storing lots of things if you need to
