The Power to do a perfect imitation of anyone/thing from Doctor Who, but only if at least 20% of the people in the room you are doing this in are Furries.

Alternatively, the power to change physical shape and dermal morphology, but only if you have 99.9% pure meth on hand(and it still hurts like a bitch).
 
The power to pour a cup of coffee from your finger (and of course cream from another one just in case)
