Is there any way to get GameSense modded into a .jar or something?

I dont want to play REGULAR minecraft just to get my keyboard to work with it

I am unsure what you're on about...

Any keyboard that works with vanilla MC will work with modded MC

If I recall correctly, some of the SteelSeries peripherals have things like backlit keyboards that can change colors based on in-game events, like maybe gradually turning red as health gets lower, etc.

GameSense is this exact thing, easy to use and is compatible with pretty much everything. I just don't understand what the OP is trying here o.o

I don't know either but I can't see a mod creator writing a mod to support a single hardware product that many of us haven't heard of prior to this thread. I could see a "GameSense" specific mod forum (my Logitech G15, the original version, had one) providing game specific downloads, if the manufacturer provided an API and someone wrote one and uploaded it.

I do know that all the high-end keyboards have dedicated software for customization... some have APIs that allow you to write custom plug-ins that do things like assign macros to the extra keys. The old G-15 had a LUA API supporting the programmable keys and the pop-up LCD display that I saw used for player stats, weapon/ammo inventory, game timers and similar purposes.

To me it sounds like GameSense does not recognize FTB. One solution might be to launch the modded instance using vanilla launcher.

What do you mean "recognize"? Ofc it won't recognize if you don't have anything that tells it what to do :D

Minecraft isn't so heavy on the computer that you shouldn't be able to launch game sense after it's running, even with something like Monster.
