servers.dat question

Hello, I was wondering if FTB 3rd party packs are allowed to include a servers.dat with the download, so everyone who downloads the pack sees the server.

Yes you may include it, just be sure it is in your Minecraft folder when you submit your .zip

That said, and correct me if I'm wrong, it is wrong on several levels to pay a pack developer to do so. Just as a warning and a heads up. Direct profit is a no no.
