I recently made a monster server for me and a friend.
Firstly he could break blocks, but nothing was dropping. It worked fine for me so I assumed it was because he was close to his spawn, or lag
Secondly he was able to get infinit items from the item list. It might have been from me giving him op to try and fix the item drop issue. Or it may have been me switching game mode to creative by accident.
Lastly I had no problem starting the server, I just have no idea where to start with maintaining it and setting it up.
I basically just want me and him to enjoy ftb monster on survival mode. I also would love to make the difficulty hardcore, but thats a whole other can of worms.
If anyone decent with a server has any good links or tutorials on how to maintain a small server, that would be great. I'm not making it public so I assume maintaining a 2 person survival server should be moderate difficulty.
