My gods man! You built a tunnel bore that has more than 1,000 frames? What under the earth for?!? Can you streamline that sucker at all? The more frames and stuff that are being moved the more power is required. I always try to keep my frame machines slim for that reason alone.

1 frame motor can move unlimited number of frames. Uses the same amount of power to move 1 frame or the link max (default 1000 as mentioned).

Incorrect. The power usage is 800J + 80J*x, where x is the number of connected objects. It is either that, or 80+8*x, but it scales linearly.

It is most likely the first one.

Yeah, like the last guy said. I've noticed a continuing increase in power consumption as I've grown my mining machine.

Never heard of that. What is the internal storage of the motor then? That would set the max size that can be moved assuming the link cap is removed.

its not just the number of frames its what the frames move. i had lined the side with water blocks from xycraft but i have put the tunnel bore in a myscraft age with no lava so i have remove them. its 35 high and 11 wide + the block breaker and im destroying the cobble, gravel and dirt with lava and a filter (i think i have 5 of these on the tunnel bore) + the bat boxes and the recharge system and the caterpillar drive. i have stream lined it and it work great now but i still want to put a touch deployer on it. my next tunnel bore will be narrower

thanks for the help

The... blulectric energy that you charge into the frame motor. Though it does not show you the amounts with fancy GUI if that is what you are asking.

It actually has a cap- you can test this out, it will only drain a fully charged battery box by a certain amount.

The exact number I haven't checked, however.
