So i'm pretty good at making machines but i have been stumped for about an hour on this build. Rebuilt it form scratch and tried many different ways to make it but can't seem to get it to work what am I doing wrong? If you have any tutorials that YOU know work and tried please send them to :). Last thing I got one pulse to work but it then stopped working.

What part is not working?

First issue is you used either all panels or all covers. Looks like all panels. Any frames on the outside that might touch the tunnel walls/floor/cieling should have a cover. Anything with wire or machines on it should have a panel (most of the inside surfaces). Things stick to panels and fall off covers.

I don't use portal stuff, but it may not be allowed to move while it is on. So you might need wireless redstone to enable it only when you need it.

Are you using covers and panels right? Do you have all outside frames covered. I may be stuck on some stone.

I also don't see a system to keep the battery boxes charged. You're going to need another ender chest hooked up to a charging station with a filter/retriever setup on each side.
