I'm pondering producing a reference "modpack" which deliberately asks no permissions and therefore also doubles as a running link to all the relevant mod downloads because of the way ATLauncher works.
I'm not doing this immediately, but I'm wondering whether this would be a particularly useful feature for people. Now that ATLauncher makes it feasible without causing modder butthurt, it's something I can consider properly.

In fact, if they wanted to, they could even bypass the hosting space, and you can set to download those mods from the mod author's source without needing user input (barring ad.fly or other such things).
This means the only thing the team really needs to do at that point, other than tech support, is police to make sure everyone is following mod author requests
