But each pair of conduits lose you 5% right? This is pretty much what I do for inline cells, works like a charm! (I do left / right instead of top / bottom, but whatever works! )

Yes this is the case. But currently if you do this:I think conduits have a stable loss. Meaning even if it's 1 cable it loses 5% power. You can run it over 2000 blocks and it'd still carry 5% loss.
Tesseracts really have a loss ratio of 16% unless they're RIGHT beside the machines
Uhm.. the man that made the Tesseracts states otherwise..?
Because unless you changed your configs tesseracts lose 25%, not 12%.I don't get that. Redstone Conduits lose 5%, and Tesseracts lose 12% 5 + 12 = 17
How in the hell did I add that wrong lol!
Anyway, since he was reading this thread, KingLemming even away from your mod you are amazing.

First, what Summit pointed out.
Second, combinatorics. When you shove your energy into a Tesseract, its total gets multiplied by .75 to get the total MJ output, and when you shove your energy through a Conduit system, its total gets multiplied by .95. Thus, going through both gets you 75%*95%=71.25% of the original total, or a 28.75% loss.
I know it's confusing.
For one you quoted Whovian not me.Listen to Whovian and King Lemming. It is an initial 25% unless you went in and changed your config files.

For second, people said exactly that above, but thanks.
This is changing in the near future. You'll be able to inline cells and not incur additional loss.
