One of my relatives - who shall remain unidentified - once wished to try survival (vanilla 1.2.5) minecraft. She died in the first 5 minutes, mostly because her idea of building a house was covering the side of a spruce tree in dirt.

That is, in fact, correct. According to my Totally Reliable Poll™ houses are just dirt covered spruce trees. 100% of people who participated thought so.

People like that just piss me off. First, video games don't cause violence, if anything, they are a way to vent out any violent or troubling thing you have on you mine. Second, if you are blaming your child's violence problem on a game, you really must be a bad parent in denial. Most kids will pick up their habits from their parents. And last but not least, Video games don't ruin your social life, I have actually gained a lot of social confidence since I have started online gaming.
I can't tell if there stupid or just a bad joke..

I was attempting to use the Directional Audio for Mumble mod on my server. My friend was having trouble. I walked him through the steps, which was met with much failure. He could not get his Minecraft to connect to Mumble. Eventually, however, I found the problem.
He hadn't installed Mumble.
