My friends, once again I am ailed by problems, not enabling me to play packs

Do you have the rest of the console log prior to the message? What java version are you running?

I'm running version 1.8.0_11 with no problems with Vanilla 1.8, FTB Lite 3, Unstable, DW20, and AgSkies, as well as Hermtcraft Modsauce from ATLauncher.

Every issue I've seen in the various forums, and I admit I probably have not seen them all, has been with 1.8.0_20.

You should be able to slap this patch on it and that'll take care of it for every pack using that version of Forge on the launcher. Alternatively, the FTB launcher lets you specify which version of Java version to use, so you could keep both 7 and 8 installed and specify that FTB use the former.

Yeah, I installed the patch and it worked for a while, so i can run 2 packs, but then it stopped, any ideas why?

Did you install or update any packs afterward? If so, it possibly re-downloaded Forge.

Turned out it was just ag skies bugging to hell, redownloaded and it worked, thanks!

Wait, scratch that, only ag skies doesn’t work, Downloaded and played some other modpacks with similar mods and it worked fine, odd
