Ok, after a solid day of coding, debugging, refactoring, researching, coding more, cleaning things up manually, and wasting time on various websites, I've updated my spreadsheet to show the highest tier on Smogon the Pokemon is legal in. Have fun; as I've said before, you all are free to use it as you wish.

And as it's well past 2AM here and I don't have any complete teams put together, I won't be able to do any battling tonight. Maybe tomorrow, though.
