I agree. I find that websites like the one being used are rather impersonal and not too friendly looking.

Well, first read the title of this thread. Secondly, make sure you're typing it in correctly. If that doesn't work, buy minecraft.

I still can't access the support site, it just loads for a while with a blank screen and then says that it can't connect.
I've used safari and chrome and i get the same problem on both.
