I have a spawner that I'm going to be relying on and I'd like to have a block that imitates a player standing in that spot, I'm using the unhinged pack so no tier 5 soul shards.
I got the killing system down, just want to keep things spawning now.

tough luck? There isn't one. At least not in unhinged. You could just afk at the spot.. or switch to an MFR mob spawner system?
