Attachable Grinder
You are allowed to include the mods in any mod pack, as long as you provide the necessary credit. My name and a link to this blog or the mod topic (if this blog is unavailable) is fine.
Attained Drops
The modpack permissions are technically as per the license and it is "completely" open. I don't even have the right to say no ;) All I ask is that you enjoy it!
Better Chests
You are allowed to use my mods in your modpacks if you give me proper credit and don't make any direct money out of it. (Basically: you can use my mods in your modpack if you don't put the modpack behind an adf.ly-link (or similar things)).
Chisel 2
Chisel is free to use in any modpacks, without permission.
Would be nice if you told me though, to keep track of it, but its not required

Pam's Harvestcraft
Can I include one of your mods in my modpack? YES! Just make sure to credit myself (Pam) and Rhodox of the Painterly Pack. Thanks!

As of today Player has modified the permissions for fastcraft.

Redistribution of FastCraft is only allowed under the following terms:
- FastCraft may only be redistributed as part of a mod pack, i.e. a collection of mods intended to be typically used as a whole on top of Minecraft. Individual copies of FastCraft must not be shared unless they are in a non-advertised, non-browsable repository for automatic download methods (launchers, installers), in which case they are treated as a part of the mod packs referencing them.
- The FastCraft binary (jar) shipped with the mod pack must not have its contents altered and has to be bit identical to an official release.
- The download and the way to get there must be free of charge and ad free, except for a basic banner/text/sponsor ad typically occupying less than 100,000 pixels total on a 1920*1080 pixel display.
- If using the mod pack typically involves the use of a launcher or installer, it's required that it allows the user to easily disable or manually upgrade FastCraft.
- The mod pack description must highlight the use of FastCraft, contain a link to this thread, tell what it does and who made it and ask the users to always mention FastCraft being used in bug reports. An entry in some mod list is insufficient.
- The version being redistributed must not be older than 3 weeks since a more recent version compatible with the same Minecraft version was released. Versions not posted in this opening post don't count as releases.
- Redistribution permissions are not permanently granted, they automatically expire within 3 weeks and need to be reacquired by agreeing to the latest conditions and implementing any potential changes, including ceasing redistribution altogether as required.

TL;DR: Only for mod packs, unmodified, no pay or ad wall, warning+link+author+bug report mentioning in the description, disableable+upgradeable in launchers, update within 3 weeks, conditions may change.

What this means for modpacks devs - You will need to make sure that your pack description includes notification that fastcraft is included AND that players submitting bug reports mention that it is being used.

Best to use something similar to this in your description: "This pack includes fastcraft by player. When submitting bug reports, make sure to mention this in the report."

I Brendan (Brenwwe) developer of the Aether II hereby give permission to FTB to distribute the Aether II for public and private use. If you could list the developer as Gilded Games that would be greatly appreciated. http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/1289717
This thread in intended for listing permissions for third party packs hosted on the FTB launcher. Are you granting permission for anyone distributing through the launcher or just for official FTB packs?

I am giving permission for anyone distributing through the FTB Launcher.

EDIT: Also just making a notice saying that the Aether II's mopack policy is open despite it not being stated on mcf.

I'm the author of Roadblocks, both 1.8 and 1.7.10 versions are open for modpacks as long as no part (item, file or mod pack) is placed behind either pay walls or advertising links

EDIT: I forgot to add the modid which is "roadblock" (with out the " obviously)

EDIT2: I'm also the project leader of Team Whammich, the authors behind Soul Shards: The Old Ways, and I give full permission to the FTB team for using Soul Shards: The Old Ways in modpacks as long as no part (item, file or mod pack) is placed behind either pay walls or advertising links.

The modid for soul shards the old ways is "SSTOW"
