Personality:
Soren is a quiet woman, though her fashion sense screams loudly. She'll launch into action without warning, and seems to be up in her head the majority of the time. When she speaks, sometimes it's without premise, confusing those she's attempting to communicate with. She doesn't do normal things like make eye contact when speaking, or hail the person of interest to get their attention first before just speaking. When she's not confusing the shit out of people, she's quietly keeping to herself, reading up on the 'unseeable' world or other occult crap like that.
Backstory:
Soren was a pretty quiet kid, an affinity for darker colored clothes, sat in the back, read a lot, what the teachers thought were a typical shy girl. They weren't wrong. She wasn't exactly socially ept. Her mom and dad weren't too concerned, Soren got the grades, and didn't get in trouble, so she was allowed to be. That was, until high school, when her love of gothic-esque clothing, jewelry, accessories brought her parent's attention to her. And not in a good way. A simple request from them, to be less flamboyant about her style, but Soren wouldn't change. The tension rose, the request turned into demands, atop this, they found out about who she was seeing-- it exploded. Soren refused to budge, though her parents would not approve, not in the least, of whom she was dating. Unable to stand for it, the Rukas insisted that if Soren continued to rebel in such a way, she could kindly leave until she saw reason.
Soren refused to change. Kicked out, she found a place to live with her significant other at the time. She lost the little motivation she had to go to classes, dropping out of high school altogether. She found a job a Rusty Keys, a small used bookstore. The eccentric girl found her way into the hearts of the owners, which was how she ended up living in the space upstairs of the store. The Keys have talked to Soren about getting her GED at least, and by her responses, are unsure if the girl is going for it, but from the books she seems to have on her, it does look like Soren might actually be working towards that goal.

If you ever asked her about her tattoos, she'd have mouthfuls to say. The ones on her palms are supposedly a mix of symbols that aim to spiritually heal, the ones on her back are a mix of spiritual protection for one's freedom, and spiritual freedom for one's safety. She'd also have much to say about her raven feather and pouch charms, they having their own meanings and reason to be worn behind them. But, of course, why would anyone ever ask this.

Yeah, well, I have 7 years of RP experience. RP is essentially my life at this point, so I'm pretty much on the forums whenever I'm not asleep. Also, Thomaz is almost constantly on whenever he's not asleep as well.
