ATLauncher has the defaults for permgen set too low. Do the standard permgen java arguments and that should clear up for you (I forget them off hand but they're all over the forums)

I'm currently doing two SSP LPs but a RR SMP would be a natural fit to replace the UE SMP. Great pack, and I'd like to try out that launcher.
