Here is when updates will come out:
Summer: during my summer vacation(when I am not away) I will try to do 2 updates a day
Spring/Fall/Winter:

• Weekdays: With school, I might not be able to make an update, but I will try for 1 a day.
• Weekends: on weekends, There will probably be 1 or 2 updates a day.
• Holidays: Holidays count as weekends unless I go away.
• Vacation: When I am on vacation, I will most likely NOT have my computer. no update.

When I can't make updates, I will try to tell you. (I might forget)

Episode 1: Great spawn

So I loaded up a world and I landed on an Island. just a couple peices of sand.
no islands nearby. well, restart.

That pic brought back memories- the first FTB pack I've ever played was Tech World I believe. Before this I had selectively downloaded mods as I found them, I had been wanting industrial craft for a long time and for some reason my lousy computer wouldn't let me download it. So when I discovered that industrial craft was in the pack I was thrilled! Finally I would be able to make jetpacks and lasers and electronic contraptions! My first world in that pack was pretty much entirely dedicated to industrial craft- and I made my fancy jetpacks and drills, I was so very happy with that mod. During this world though I was brand new to mods, so I had no clue about automatic tree farms or decent ore processing, or even automatic mining. After that world I have never touched industrial craft again. I could go on and on about that first world- I think i might in the derp thread- but the point is that I wasted so much time in that world attempting to make stuff that I get a headache whenever someone mentions it nowadays

Got rid of the generator to build a solar panel, and built a macerator.
Ill make a new generator soon. anyways:

yep so journeymap broke, so I lost my progress in episode 4, I got lost in a cave, and had to remake my waypoints. oh well.

Episode 6: The opposite of alchemy.

In real life, alchemy is turning stuff into gold. Well in Minecraft, Im turning all that useless gold into Emc.

Energy collectors are basiclly solar panels. if they have light on all sides,(not including bottom) They start generating EMC.
If you put fuel (Charcoal, redstone, coal, gunpowder, glowstone dust, alchemical coal, block of redstone, blaze powder, block of coal, glowstone block, mobius fuel, alchemical coal block, aeternalis fuel, mobius fuel block, aeternalis fuel block)
into a slot, it starts using EMC to upgrade it (redstone to coal, block of redstone to blaze powder, etc.)

there are 3 types of collectors mk.1 (the one I have) being the slowest, and mk.3 being the fastest.

The light does not need to be natural. glowstone works. it can even be touching the glowstone.

There's also stuff past aeternalis fuel block. red matter and dark matter. to get those you need to craft them, or use an energy condenser (which I will explain later.)
