MFR grinder not giving all mob drops?

When I use the MFR grinder it only will give 1 drop from each mob, such as 1 bone or 1 arrow, not both. When I use a melee turtle it has all the drops drop into the turtle, the grinder does not. Is this a bug or intended feature? Is there a config option or a way to fix this?

Edit: I should probably clarify a bit more. It seems the grinder is purposefully limiting the drops to one thing or the other, so if a skeleton is supposed to drop 2 bones and a arrow, it would only give either 1 bone or 1 arrow.
 
It's Tinkers Construct that makes drops increase, as it's a mod which increases the drop the MFR grinders don't compensate for it. I know Powercrystals knows about this and i think was or had coded in a fxi for it in a later version.

Alrighty, thank you I guess for now if I really need the mob drops that badly to have a massive amount I can just use a melee turtle for now. Thank you.
 
The only thing that really annoys about that is not missing the drops, but having them all on the ground, causing lag.
 
Use obsidian transport pipes to suck them up and pipe them into a chest or a incinerator/void pipe.
 
Hmm, don't remember golems being on the list of the mobs grinders ignore (villagers, baby animals, silverfish, iron golems), but maybe thats just a vanilla list.
