Is there a building block in Feed the Beast that cannot be broken or moved except by the player who placed it and server admins?. If not there needs to be one. I heard about Multiblocks, I thought that the mechanics of Multiblocks could be used to create a security system for SMP servers to help players keep others out of their houses.
Is there a player proof block?

Thaumcraft warded blocks and warded glass as well as warded doors and warded pressure plates. Blocks and glass can only be removed with a wand by the player that places them(or a creative mode player). Same with the doors and pressure plates, also only the player that places them can use the doors and pressure plates.
Word of warning the mats for the blocks if not careful will mess up you local aura, thaum ingots, so make them 10ish at a time & allow the aura to regen then make more if you need large amounts, or but this is for single play only, go to a chunk a good distance from your base setup a temp tc room make all & get the hell out as the wisps will be a problem, not really something you should do on a server 
If on a server I would say do the research then take everything you need with you about 2000 blocks away(nether is your friend here) and make everything there then bring it back. If you go thru the nether try to get into the roof and dig a tunnel to where you wanna go to minimize the danger.
Modular Force Fields, as well, although that does take a bit of infrastructure to get working, and keep running.
That said, in both MFFS and Thaumcraft, while the blocks cannot be broken, it is possible for someone to glitch through them. It will stop a casual thief or griefer, but don't think it will make you completely invulnerable.

I noticed that the blink drive from Modular Power Suits is slightly less glitchy in Ultimate 1.0.2 than it was in 1.0.1, but I was still able to get through my warded blocks by spamming. I didn't test ender pearls but they probably still work too.

Having tried several different ways of keeping people out, the least resource-intensive and safest way is to start over and build everything inside a Mystcraft dimension.
It is way easier to control access to a linking book than it is to control access to an entire base.

To be totally honest if some one wants to get to you they will, if you have problems on a server contact your admin/staff & explain the situation, if they are any good they will take steps to find the culprit & deal with as they see fit, if this does not work or the staff dont have the power or skill to track down greifers, your next best option is to find a new server with more mature & friendly people, just dont rant in open chat that may just get you banned, & do not take retribution on a player you may think is involved, again this will get you banned & maybe on the black list.

nothing can blow up, break, destroy, move, remove, alter, or change warded blocks besides your wand or creative mode, to traspass it, enderpearls and portableholes do not work.

it would be helpful if you actually wrote where I am incorrect and corrected me.
Anyway, I edited the post in case it was hard to understand.
I really didnt want to give griefers yet more tools in case most have not considered this yet, wither boss breaks all/any block in its way to a player so easy to work out how to use that.
BTW Dravarden your insulting comment was uncalled for, why becouse I know something you missed is a reason to be insulting, hmm in that case it would explain many of your previous replies, I have noticed many many topics that you are lets say less than helpful to the point of being insulting to people that may have politely posed an apposing view, is there some valid reason maybe medical for this or just some form of grandeur delusion.
