The new avatar is pretty cool, nice pun on the "half brony" and "Ginger" titles also.

One thing though - Jeff the killer Pony has rather centred pupils, whereas the Twilight pic has eyes jammed into the bottom corner.
This creates an almost derpy hooves like effect.
