If you consider lava "Early game", I think that says volumes both about why you seem to think a lot of RC stuff is overpowered and why your play style is so different.

To be fair, it's not particularly hard to find an underground lava pool when you're starting out.

after reading quite alot of threads about RC. im ending up here..
with 1 simple question..

is it possible to move the RC machines, WITHOUT breaking them, and thereby have to make them again??

Break them with a pick and they are yours forever. No special tools needed to move them.

I don't consider lava to be late game.

One bucket of lava is late early game. I generally have better uses for iron than a lava bucket when I'm starting.

Lots of lava buckets is when I'm well established. For example, my standard loadout has two water buckets, one lava bucket, and I've got a staircase down to a Y=11 lava and obsidian area.

Automatic refilling of lava? That's a different mindset, and I'm not used to thinking in that way.

I hate farming and eating so I never setup autofarming. Once I get into mid game I get the geostrata saturation pendant and never eat again.
