Trying to make my way towards that, but not sure what all I have to research to get there. The research cheat sheets don't mention the warding wand focus unless I am overlooking it
the warding focus isn't on that listDo you have everything else?
Not all "hidden" researches are unlocked themselves directly by scanning things, more then a few require other researches, even if they are hidden. Some non-hidden researches rely on hidden research before one can research them, as well.

You need to have the Focus of Equal Trade researched, and you need to have completed the Infusion Crafting research under the Artifice Tab. If you cannot see that research, make sure you have researched Essentia Distillation, which is not available until Nitor and Alumentum have been researched IIRC.I'm still trying to figure it out as well, scanned everything on the link to the cheat sheet mentioned in this thread already too.
