What is GWG?
Hey! Damien here from GWG! GWG is a Let's Play channel that plays all sorts of games. My channel first started out with my girlfriend and we simply named it Gaming with Girlfriend, and once my friend Pakoo joined up we made it GWG permanently - Gaming with Groups and Gaming with Guys respectively on who is playing what.
Please note that everyone involved is over 20 years old, and we do swear and sometimes talk about more mature topics on some occasions. We also play M-rated games, but really if you watch Game Grumps, Markiplier or JackSepticEye, our channel isn't more vulgar by any means.
So what videos will you be uploading?
Obviously Minecraft at the moment! Currently Pakoo is off doing tons of work IRL and Maple is just too busy to keep up with GWG activities. So right now it is up to me, the founder Damien, to upload and edit our videos.
I have always wanted to Minecraft in our playthroughs but found that only I was the one who played with mods. Terra only liking decorative mods and Pakoo only used them if it benefitted him. I play with everything in a modpack if I can.
What kind of things will we see in your videos?
I do both commentary videos where I discuss various topics. I also do builds that show you in steps or examples how to build different objects. Apart from that I also will take user-feedback very seriously and will do my best to keep you watching.
With Twilight Forest and a few other dimension mods in certain packs, I will be exploring a lot too!
Rare videos will be time-lapse build where I'll jack the video speed to 4x-5x and put music over it for your viewing pleasure.
How skilled are you in Minecraft?
I have half the building talent of BDoubleO with half the technological talent of Driewolf20. I like to build, but not on the super-massive scale that Bdubs does. I also like to do tech mods but I don't min/max like Direwolf20 does.
I am your above-average player who likes to build, explore and craft machinery!
Can I suggest things for your videos?
Hot diggity darn you totally can. If I can do it i'll try it. People who comment in this thread will most likely be mentioned in videos or maybe name-dropped in builds.
Can I do artwork for you guys?
First, I'm not asking for you to make fan art for us but I full encourage it! I can't compensate you financially for any art that you do for us. However we will link your DeviantArt/Tumblr/FurAffinity/ETC in the description and sing your praises.
Seriously we'd explode.
